智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(601600.SH)公告，根据公司打造绿色低碳“新中铝”的战略部署，公司对拟转让资产及股权进行了重新规划和布局，拟利用青岛轻金属现有再生资源利用的专业化优势，将其打造成为研产销一体化的再生循环产业基地；同时，利用公司与中铝高端制造在云南设立的合资公司，共同布局、投资扁锭生产线，合理规划公司绿色铝的下游利用，共同打造绿色铝产业链，推动公司铝产业绿色低碳转型。基于前述原因，经与中铝高端制造协商一致，并经公司于2024年11月19日召开的第八届董事会第二十八次会议审议批准，公司将终止向中铝高端制造转让青岛轻金属股权及云铝股份附属企业相关资产及股权。
