君实生物：签署许可协议 获两款双靶点融合蛋白独占许可权利
南方财经11月19日电，君实生物公告称，公司与许可方签署了《许可协议》，获得在大中华区（包括中国大陆、港澳台地区）内开发、制造、使用、进口、出口、销售和以其他任何方式商业化两款双靶点融合蛋白的独占许可权利和分许可权利。同时，公司和许可方按照50%∶50%的权益比例享有在全球范围内开发、制造、使用、进口、出口、销售和以其他任何方式商业化其中一款许可产品的所有权益。公司将根据项目进展向许可方支付相应首付款、里程碑款及销售提成，同时许可方将可能向公司支付大中华区外的分许可收入。本次交易未构成关联交易，亦不构成重大资产重组。
