百融云回购21.5万股，支付197万港元
财中社11月19日电百融云（06608）发布公告称，截至2024年11月19日，公司已发行股份总数保持在4.14亿股，当日回购21.5万股股份，回购价格为每股8.98-9.24港元，总支付金额为197万港元。此次回购股份的数量占公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的0.044%。
根据公告，回购股份的授权决议于2024年6月21日获得通过，回购授权的总数为4910万股。截至目前，公司根据该授权已回购1620万股，约占已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的3.299%。公司表示，回购活动符合《主板上市规则》的相关规定。
