【美俄乌紧张局势升级 致欧洲各股指纷纷走低】金十数据11月19日讯，IG集团的分析师写道，因美国和俄罗斯在乌克兰问题上的紧张局势不断升级，欧洲各股指纷纷走低。有报道称俄罗斯总统普京已批准对俄罗斯核学说进行修改，允许对使用常规武器的情况作出核回应，受此影响，股指出现下跌。此前，美国已允许乌克兰使用美国制造的武器打击俄罗斯目标。意大利富时米兰指数跌幅最大，西班牙IBEX 35指数和法国CAC 40指数均下跌约1.4%。德国DAX指数下跌1.3%，瑞士SMI指数下跌1.1%。荷兰AEX指数和葡萄牙PSI20指数均下跌约0.9%，而英国富时100指数下跌0.4%。欧洲斯托克50指数下跌1.4%，范围更广的欧洲斯托克600指数下跌0.9%。
