消息面上，利时集团控股日前发盈警，预期集团于截至2024年9月30日止6个月将取得净亏损不多于人民币3000万元，去年同期则取得净利润约人民币2.93亿元。董事会认为，有关利润净减少主要因上年同期地方政府收回土地产生税前收益约1.31亿元；投资物业重估亏损增加；及金融资产及合约资产减值亏损增加。
