康达环保转让污水处理资产 预计损失1000万元
财中社11月18日电康达环保（06136）发布公告，重庆康达、平顶山康达（转让方）与舞钢市政府签订资产转让协议，将包括污水处理厂特许经营权及相关设施的资产转让给舞钢市洁源，交易总额为5700万元。该资产的未审计账面净值约为6690万元，预计将造成约1000万元的损失。
此次资产转让的目的在于降低未来运营成本和资本支出，同时为公司提供即时现金流。舞钢市洁源是由舞钢市国有资产监督管理局全资拥有的公司，主要从事污水处理及相关环保业务。根据协议，舞钢市洁源将分四期支付转让款项，首期付款为3000万元，需在协议签署后一个月内支付。
