智通财经APP讯，中国铝业(02600)发布公告，经审议，董事会认为，根据《中国铝业股份有限公司2021年限制性股票激励计划》《中国铝业股份有限公司2021年限制性股票激励计划实施考核管理办法》的相关规定，公司2021年限制性股票激励计划预留授予部分第一个解除限售期的解除限售条件已成就，符合解除限售条件成就的激励对象共270名，可解除限售的限制性股票数量为1043.94万股，约占目前公司总股本的0.06%。
