智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)发布公告，该公司全资子公司金风国际控股(香港)有限公司(下称“金风国际”)的控股子公司 Goldwind New Energy South Africa Proprietary Limited(下称“金风新能源南非”)与南非能源企业 Karreebosch Wind Farm (Proprietary) Limited 签署《风机供货及吊装协议》，由金风新能源南非为其提供风机的供货和吊装工作。
金风科技、金风国际分别签署《母公司担保协议》，联合为金风新能源南非在上述《风机供货及吊装协议》项下的履约及违约赔偿责任提供担保，担保金额折合人民币不超过 780,507,959 元(如果被担保方违反《风机供货及吊装协议》约定的法律、环境保护、赔偿、知识产权侵权等履约义务，导致担保金额无法覆盖被担保方在《风机供货及吊装协议》项下的赔偿责任时，则以实际发生的担保金额为准)，担保期限自《母公司担保协议》签署之日起至金风新能源南非在《风机供货及吊装协议》项下的全部责任和义务履行完毕之日止。
本次《母公司担保协议》签署日期为 2024 年 11 月 19 日，签署地点为北京。
