智通财经APP获悉，AeroVironment(AVAV.US)与BlueHalo达成协议，将以约41亿美元的全股票交易收购BlueHalo。该交易预计将于2025年上半年完成。AeroVironment预计，该交易将在交易结束后的第一个完整财年增加其营收、调整后息税折旧摊销前利润(EBITDA)和Non-GAAP每股收益。
资料显示，AeroVironment从事无人驾驶飞机系统和电动交通解决方案的设计、开发、生产、支持和运营。BlueHalo是一家美国私营国防和情报承包商。多年来，该公司致力于提供空间优势、空间技术、定向能/反无人机系统(c-UAS)、自主先进射频(RF)、网络和信号情报(SIGINT)等领域的行业领先产品与解决方案。
BlueHalo 2024年的收入预计将超过9亿美元，该公司还有近6亿美元的资金储备以及多个价值数十亿美元的机会和记录项目。此外，BlueHalo在2023年的收入约为8.86亿美元，2022年和2021年的收入分别为7.59亿美元和6.60亿美元。
