智通财经APP讯，SPROCOMM INTEL(01401)发布公告，证监会最近曾就该公司的股权分布进行查讯。查讯结果显示该公司于2024年11月7日，有26名股东合共持有5.17亿股该公司股份，相当于该公司已发行股本的51.74%。查讯结果亦显示，于2024年11月7日，合共有4760.4万股该公司股份(占已发行股本的4.76%)虽于香港股东名册中登记为香港中央结算(代理人)有限公司(HKSCC Nominees Limited)所持有但并没有结存于中央结算及交收系统(CCASS)。有关股权连同由该公司两名大股东持有的3.45亿股(占已发行股本的34.50%)，相当于该公司已发行股本的91%。因此，该公司只有9002.2万股(占已发行股本的9%)由其他股东持有。
在2024年9月12日至2024年11月6日期间，该公司股份的收市价由2024年9月11日的3.49港元上升330%至2024年11月6日的15.00港元。
于2024年11月18日，该公司股价收报13.36港元，较2024年9月11日收市价3.49港元上升283%。
