China In-Tech (HKG:0464) raised HK$6 million by allotting and issuing 60 million shares to Chen Huiru at HK$0.1 apiece under general mandate, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The issued shares represent 10.12% of the enlarged issued share capital of the company.
The small electrical appliance manufacturing company plans to use the net proceeds of around HK$6 million for its general working capital and expects to use up the proceeds within 12 months.
