智通财经APP获悉，麦格理发布研究报告称，维持万洲国际(00288)“跑赢大市”评级，目标价9.2港元。公司公布分拆Smithfield的交易细节，公司料在分拆完成后，其在Smithfield的持股将降至最多80%。
该行指出，在分拆完成后，Smithfield集团会主要在美国及墨西哥营业，而万洲会专注在国内及欧洲，相信今次的Smithfield会有效分别释放美国及墨西哥业务价值，同时加大股东回报，同时亦料万洲会用今次交易所得来扩大现有股东的回报。以假设分派比率41%估算，该行预测万洲正常收益率5%至6%。
