　　南南资源发盈喜，预期截至2024年9月30日止6个月将取得溢利不少于3000万港元，去年同期溢利约1740万港元。主要由于煤矿业务之煤炭销量增加；汇兑收益净额；公司于2008年发行、将于2026年3月13日到期及本金总额为2亿元的零票息可换股债券的公平值变动产生的亏损，该可换股债券于2024年中期指定为按公平值列账并在损益内处理之金融负债；及所得税开支。
