中骏商管重续9亿贷款协议 利率降至5.5%
财中社11月19日电中骏商管（00606）发布公告，宣布与借款人订立补充协议，重续向其提供的贷款。该贷款的本金金额为不超过9亿元，原定到期日为2024年12月31日，现延长至2026年12月31日，利率在2025年1月1日起将调整为5.5%，之前维持在7.0%。截至2024年10月31日，尚未偿还的本金为8.72亿元。
补充协议的签署是基于中骏控股的业务需要，考虑到当前中国房地产市场的调整及政府政策影响，贷款重续将有助于中骏控股保留运营资金，支持其业务运营和发展。补充协议的生效需待独立股东在股东特别大会上的批准。贷款的担保资产包括中骏集团的多个商业物业，评估市值约为20亿元。董事会认为补充协议的条款公平合理，有利于公司及其股东的整体利益。
