智通财经APP讯，PALADIN(00495)发布公告，于2024年11月15日，公司接获联交所上市科发出的函件，内容包括上市科已决定公司未能维持上市规则第13.24条所规定的足够营运水平及足够价值的资产，以及公司股份应根据上市规则第6.01(3)条暂停买卖。
上市科已表示除非公司根据上市规则第2B章(见下文)所赋予的权利申请复核有关决定，否则上市科将于2024年11月27日暂停公司股份买卖。根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，若公司股份持续停牌18个月，联交所可取消其上市地位。
根据上市规则第2B章，公司有权要求将上市科的决定提交上市委员会复核。任何复核要求必须于2024年11月15日起计7个营业日内送达上市委员会秘书。公司拟申请进行该复核。
