智通财经APP获悉，据知情人士透露，黑石(BX.US)即将达成协议，以约 80 亿美元(包括债务)收购三明治连锁店Jersey Mike’s 。出售消息最早可能在本周宣布。
这位知情人士表示，最终协议尚未达成，谈判仍有可能以失败告终。
去年，私募股权公司 Roark Capital Group同意以超过 90 亿美元的价格收购 Jersey Mike's 的较大竞争对手 Subway。
今年，黑石一直在投资食品服务连锁店。
今年 2 月，黑石集团宣布对 7 Brew Coffee 进行成长型股权投资，以帮助加速其得来速饮料业务的增长。今年 4 月，黑石集团表示已同意从 Levine Leichtman Capital Partners 手中收购快餐休闲餐厅特许经营商 Tropical Smoothie Cafe。
