财通证券指出，前期美国合成尼古丁产品攫取合规产品市场份额，监管趋严下看好合规业务扩容，同时HNB业务有望贡献增量。欧洲亦加强一次性产品监管。国内方面，口味烟禁令和电子烟消费税两大重磅政策落地，国内市场政策底部已现，伴随销售环境改善、新国标产品力提升和前期库存去化，国内销售情况有望向好。长期看不合格产品产能出清，将促进市场份额集中，利好生产、品牌等各环节优势头部企业。
该行指出，思摩尔作为全球电子烟代工龙头，持续深化与海外客户的合作，受益于海外新型烟草需求快速提升的行业发展红利。国内政策风险基本出清，销售端触底有望迎来逐季改善。公司雾化技术领先行业，积极布局多元雾化领域，有望凭借过硬的产品力和品牌力在雾化应用领域实现多点开花。
