Moog (MOG.A, MOG.B) said Tuesday that Mark Trabert intends to retire as chief operating officer, effective Dec. 31.
Trabert will continue to serve as an executive vice president through his retirement from the company in February next year, Moog said in a regulatory filing.
Moog shares were down 1.4% in recent trading.
