豪家新盘大额交投持续，嘉里建设(00683)旗下石硖尾龙驹道3号缇外，周一(18日)招标售出6座地下A室连装修花园大宅，实用面积3,466方呎，花园面积2,206方呎，四房连四套房及双工人房间隔，成交价1.8亿港元，呎价约51,933元，创项目花园大宅呎价新高。

 

 

连同早前售出的两伙分层大宅，项目于11月录得3宗成交，套现逾5.8亿元。该盘今年录得26宗成交，套现逾83亿元，其中花园大宅于今年已售出7伙，余下最后2伙待售。至今楼盘开售至今则累售31伙，总成交金额逾95亿元，平均呎价约60,000元。
