【裁定不违规！由韩国三星显示发起的针对17家手机维修屏厂商的337调查初裁结果“折戟”】金十数据11月19日讯，记者获悉，近日，由韩国三星显示有限公司（三星显示）向美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发起的有机发光二极管(OLED)专利337调查初裁结果公布，ITC行政法官裁定在本调查中不存在违反《美国1930年关税法》第337条款的情形。此外，业内消息称针对于此次337调查所涉及的专利，京东方和国内面板企业以共同请求人的身份，已针对三星显示的涉案专利提出了专利无效多方复审程序（IPR），目前5件均已成功立案。
