证监会公布，SPROCOMM(01401.HK) 股权高度集中，指公司在今年11月7日有26名股东持有公司股份共5.17亿股，相当于公司已发行股本之51.74%。
证监会的查讯结果亦发现，11月7日共有4,760.3万股公司股份虽有在香港股东名册登记为香港中央结算所持有，惟没有结存在中央结算及交收系统(CCASS)。证监表示，上述有关股权连同公司两名大股东所持的3.45亿股，已占公司已发行股本之91%，意味已发行股本只有9%或9,002.2万股由其他股东持有。
证监列出，在9月12日至11月6日期间，SPROCOMM股份之收市价由9月11日的3.49元上升330%至11月6日的15元。而在昨日(18日)公司股价收报13.36港元，较9月11日收市价3.49港元上升283%。(vc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
