智通财经APP讯，创维集团(00751)发布公告，于2024年11月19日，创维科技咨询(作为有限合伙人)及深圳创欣南铧(作为普通合伙人)已就成立基金与其他有限合伙人订立有限合伙协议。根据有限合伙协议，创维科技咨询及深圳创欣南铧同意合共认缴岀资人民币3.5亿元，即占当前基金资本承担的35%。基金投资方向将重点聚焦数字创意技术和设备、数字文化装备等，包含但不限于新一代超高清专业显示设备、广播影视设备(含专业数码相机、大型活动现场视频直播车等)、先进影像系统等。基金成立后，其业绩将计入集团的帐目。
集团旗下的投资公司创维创业投资和创维投资管理近年来累积了丰富的股权投资和投资基金管理经验及取得了良好的投资业绩，为集团和基金投资者创造良好的财务回报。投资数字创意产业可进一步加深资源优势共享和跨企业合作，丰富集团参与深圳市数字创意、高端设备等领域的企业及团队培育渠道，加强创新技术和产品的储备和布局，对于延展集团业务所涉上下游产业链、拓深及拓宽业务领域，具有重要意义。根据有限合伙协议的条款、上市规则及所有适用的法律及法规，集团可适时调整其于基金的股权比例。
