智通财经APP讯，滨海泰达物流(08348)发布公告，截至2023年12月31日止年度的审计完成后，公司与国卫会计师事务所有限公司合作期限达相关规定所容许的最长期限。因此，国卫已辞任核数师，自2024年10月25日起生效。
在审核委员会建议下，根据章程，董事会已议决委任先机会计师行有限公司为核数师，自2024年10月25日起生效，以填补国卫辞任后的临时空缺，但须经股东于股东特别大会上批准后，方告作实。由于第1项决议案于股东特别大会上获通过后，先机会计师行有限公司已获委任为公司的国际核数师，自股东特别大会结束后起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止
