智通财经APP获悉，万国黄金集团(03939)尾盘涨超6%，高见11.06港元，再创上市新高。截至发稿，涨6.17%，报11.02港元，成交额1493.02万港元。
消息面上，根据香港联交所11月4日披露的文件，10月30日，紫金矿业集团股份有限公司增持万国黄金集团1.66亿股普通股股份，价值约13.79亿港元。增持后，紫金矿业集团股份有限公司持仓比例由2.70%升至17.57%。所得款项50%拟用作有关所罗门群岛金岭矿勘探及开发项目之拨款，及余下50%所得款项净额将用作一般营运资金。
民生证券此前指出，公司拥有江西宜丰新庄铜多金属矿、所罗门群岛金岭金矿和西藏哇了格铅银矿三座矿山，并且资源储量丰富；宜丰矿稳定贡献利润，金岭金矿持续爬坡，未来地下矿扩产潜力较大，哇了格铅银矿探转采持续推进。叠加铜金价格景气向上，迎来量价齐升。
