Innovid (CTV) said Thursday it has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Mediaocean for $3.15 per share of common stock in a deal with an enterprise value of about $500 million.
The deal is slated to close in early 2025.
CTV shares were surging 86% in recent premarket activity.
