【邱晓华：预计四季度经济增长有可能达到4.8%，甚至不排除接近5%】金十数据11月23日讯，“第九届复旦首席经济学家论坛”于11月23日举行。阳光保险集团首席经济学家、国家统计局原局长邱晓华出席并演讲。谈及国内宏观经济政策，邱晓华表示，日前出台的一揽子增量政策有力提振了市场信心，打破了资产价格下跌的螺旋。“政策组合拳释放了强有力的救股市、稳地产、促消费，进而稳增长的信号，着力提振了市场信心”，在其看来，这些政策从细水慢流的结构性稳增长政策转到了总量性放松、全局性刺激政策，使得市场预期有所改善，市场信心有所提升。“我相信四季度在整个政策到位之后一定会产生积极的效应”，邱晓华说，第四季度中国经济有可能结束下行趋势，转为稳定中略有上升的趋势。“初步估计四季度中国经济增长将有可能达到4.8%，甚至不排除接近5%”。
