宏利金融(00945.HK) 公布，与Reinsurance Group of America (RGA)达成54亿加元的再保险协议，其中包括24亿加元的长期护理保险(LTC)储备金，以及30亿加元储备金的美国结构性赔付安排业务。该交易预计将于2025年初完成，且需符合惯常成交条件。
公司另预期将处置15亿加元的另类长期资产，公司将继续管理所有再保险保单，以提供无缝的客户服务体验。
连同宏利早前的LTC再保险交易，在是次交易完成时，LTC储备金的累计减幅将达到18%，LTC发病率敏感度的累计减幅将达到17%。LTC业务的分保费提成为轻微负4%的IFRS储备金。
宏利认为，是次交易有助于提升核心股东权益回报率，交易倍数为核心盈利的11.4倍，对核心每股普通股摊薄盈利影响为中性。该交易定价接近1倍的账面值，预期将使核心盈利每年减少7,000万加元，归属于股东的收入净额每年减少5,000万加元，并预期将释放出8亿加元资本，公司计划通过普通股股票回购，将释放出的资本全部返还予股东。(jl/k)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
