　　ALCO HOLDINGS（00328）发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成并于2024年11月20日完成。配售代理已根据配售协议的条款及条件，按每股配售股份3.49港元的配售价成功配售合共1909万股配售股份予不少于六名承配人。

　　配售事项的所得款项总额将为约6660万港元，及配售事项的所得款项净额将为约6520万港元。公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额用作偿还银行及其他借贷、清偿外部债务以及集团的一般营运资金。
