格隆汇11月21日｜加拿大宏利金融宣布，与Reinsurance Group of America(RGA)达成54亿加元的再保险协议，其中包括24亿加元的LTC储备金；交易预期将释放8亿加元的资本，计划通过交易完成后的普通股股票回购，将释放出的资本全部返还予股东。该集团将涉及两组现有业务的合共54亿加元储备金再保险予RGA。这两组业务分别涉及部分的美国LTC业务以及美国结构性赔付安排。
