Infratil (ASX:IFT, NZE:IFT) is mulling an offer of six-year unsecured, unsubordinated, fixed-rate infrastructure bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the New Zealand and Australian bourses.
A firm offer is expected to open on Nov. 28 to New Zealand resident clients of the joint lead managers, approved financial intermediaries, and other primary market participants, the filing said. It is expected to close on Dec. 3.
This will be followed by an exchange offer on Dec. 4. Under this, all New Zealand resident holders of the IFT260 bonds that will mature on Dec. 15 may exchange their notes for new bonds. The exchange offer will close on Dec. 10.
Infratil's shares were up almost 1% in recent Thursday trade in Australia.
