Citi analysts updated their SMID Value recommendation list of 20 stocks.
These are U.S. buy-rated small- and mid-cap stocks with a market cap between $1-15B. The stocks are selected with a bottom-up fundamental method, considering growth prospects relative to the valuation setup, and health of their balance sheet.
“We look for operating leverage with a resultant impact on profitability,” wrote xx. “We bias toward analyst top picks but maintain flexibility to align buy-rated stocks with our market, sector, and thematic views.”
Additions to the U.S. SMID Value Creators Recommended list include Chewy (CHWY), replacing Unum Group (UNM).
The list has yielded 18.6% year-to-date.
