Ni Holdings said it promoted Finance Chief Seth Daggett to a permanent chief executive position, effective Dec. 1.
The insurance holding company on Friday said Daggett would succeed Cindy Launer, who had been serving as interim CEO. Launer stepped into the role in August when Michael Alexander resigned.
Launer will return to her role as an independent non-executive director on the NI Holdings board.
A the same time, the company said it named Matt Maki, its current vice president of financial planning and analysis, as its interim financial chief while it looks for a permanent appointment.
