金吾财讯 | 中铝国际(02068)公布，全资附属公司长沙院、昆勘院及沈阳院获投资者增资合共22.9亿元人民币，所持股权降至不少于60%，继续为其子公司而合并报表交易视作出售事项，不会录损益。
据公告指，增资完成后，持长沙院、昆勘院及沈阳院股权分别降至64.9%、60.3%及60.22%，而出售所得用于还债以降低利息成本及资产负债比率。至于投资者包括控股股东作为执行事务合伙人的合伙企业中铝穗禾、交银投资、建信投资及农金高投二期。
