智通财经APP讯，香港中华煤气(00003)发布公告，于2024年11月22日，该公司全资附属公司卓裕已就成功投得为该项目进行海水喉管相关工程的合约，加签并交回中标通知书予国基。
根据中标通知书的条款，海水喉管相关工程(包括所有选项工程)的最高合约金额将为2.65亿港元。
据悉，该项目为恒基集团位于香港中环新海滨三号用地(内地段第9088号)的发展项目，星尔主要从事煤气工程，并将不时在其一般日常业务提供与煤气管安装工程类似的服务。卓裕主要从事铺设地下管道及电线、楼宇公用事业及通讯设施服务系统的开发及其他有关服务，并将不时在其一般日常业务提供与海水喉管相关工程类似的服务。该等交易于星尔及卓裕的一般日常业务进行，预期该等交易将为星尔及卓裕以至集团整体业务带来贡献。
