•Duke Energy (NYSE:DUK) reported a recent sale transaction this week. As disclosed on November 18, 2024, EVP, Chief Corporate Affairs Louis Renjel sold 400 shares of common stock at a price of $111.48 per share, totaling $44,592. Renjel now holds about 19,484 shares of the company.

• Albemarle (NYSE:ALB) said in a filing that its Chief Operations Officer, Netha N Johnson, sold 1,060 common shares at $106.04 per share for a total transaction value of about $112,403. Johnson now owns about 30,360 shares.

• EOG Resources (NYSE:EOG) reported a recent sale transaction this week by Janet F. Clark, Director who disclosed selling 568 shares were sold at a price of $135.33 per share, totaling $76,867. The director now holds 43,532 shares of the company.

•In a recent transaction, Tilray Brands’ (NASDAQ:TLRY) Chief Financial Officer

Carl A Merton purchased 26,000 common shares of the company, according to a recent SEC filing. The price per share was $1.36 per share, totaling an investment of $35,360. Following the transaction, Merton now owns a total of 26,000 shares in Tilray.

•In a series of transactions, Badri Kothandaraman, President & CEO, Enphase Energy (NASDAQ:ENPH), expanded holdings in the company by purchasing its shares.
