Fashion jewelry retailer Lovisa (ASX:LOV) said global comparable store sales for the first 20 weeks of fiscal 2025 increased by 1% compared with fiscal 2024, with total sales up 10%, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company expanded its global store network to 927 stores across 49 markets, with 27 net new stores opened in the current financial year, including 40 new stores opened and 13 closures, the filing said.
Additionally, three new franchise markets have been opened in Ivory Coast, the Republic of Congo, and Panama, according to the filing. Ninety-one more stores are currently trading in nine additional markets compared with last year.
Shares fell more than 1% in morning trade Friday.
