NI (NODK) said Friday it named Seth Daggett as president and chief executive, effective Dec. 1.
Daggett, who was most recently the company's chief financial officer, succeeds Cindy Launer, who had been serving as interim CEO, the company said.
Launer will return to her role as an independent non-executive director on NI's board.
Matt Maki, vice president of financial planning and analysis, will become interim CFO, effective Dec. 1.
