Orange County Bancorp said its board approved an increase to the company's quarterly cash dividend, to 25 cents a share.
The new dividend, $1 on an annual basis, will be payable on Dec. 16 to shareholders of record on Dec. 4.
The dividend represents a yield of about 1.6%, based on the closing share price of $59.50 for the company's shares on Friday.
Orange County Bancorp is the parent company of Orange Bank & Trust Company and Hudson Valley Investment Advisors.
