智通财经APP讯，富力地产(02777)发布公告，本公司于近日收到中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局(以下简称“广东证监局”)下发的《关于对广州富力地产股份有限公司、李思廉、张力、胡杰采取出具警示函措施的决定》((2024)192号)(以下简称《警示函》)。因本公司未及时披露多笔有息债务、商票逾期以及公司被列为失信被执行人等重大事项，广东证监局决定对本公司、李思廉、张力、胡杰采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。
本公司及相关人员收到《警示函》后高度重视，将严格按照广东证监局的要求，深入反思存在的问题及不足，并将以此为鉴，充分汲取教训。本公司及相关人员将持续加强对证券法律法规的学习，提升依法合规履职意识，完善内部工作机制，健全公司内部治理及内部控制，切实提高证券事务规范运作水平及信息披露质量。
