IT之家 11 月 22 日消息，英国竞争和市场管理局（IT之家注：CMA）今天发布一项“临时调查结果”，声称苹果在iOS / iPadOS中对于第三方浏览器的限制阻碍了令 iPhone用户缺失一系列潜在新功能。

在其报告中，CMA 的独立调查小组确定，苹果的 Safari 浏览器政策阻止了竞争浏览器实现某些功能，例如更快的网页加载技术。调查还显示，许多英国应用程序开发人员更愿意提供 PWA 网页套壳应用作为 App Store 分发的替代方案，但苹果目前的 iOS 限制使得这一切不切实际。

除了阻碍第三方浏览器外，监管机构还强调了苹果和谷歌之间的收入分享协议反而导致“用户受罪”，相关协议“划分了两家公司的收入范围，从而导致两家公司在相关领域呈现出互相垄断的局面，而非通过互相竞争为用户带来更多受益”。
