智通财经APP获悉，中国儒意(00136)涨近5%，截至发稿，涨5.21%，报2.21港元，成交额5747.77万港元。
消息面上，近日，据市场消息报道，基于预计通过与腾讯的游戏合作获得超出预期的收入，中国儒意计划将其2024年和2025年的应收账款年度上限从人民币700百万元增加至人民币1,300百万元，这部分收入的增长主要来自于合作产品的增加。该提议需要独立股东的批准，为此计划召开股东特别大会进行表决。
野村认为，中国儒意在腾讯支持下，向游戏发行/制作业务扩张，将成为公司长期销售及盈利的新增长动力。中国儒意透过万达电影对线上串流媒体和线下影院的初步投资，可在未来对其电影/电视制作及游戏方面产生新的协同效应。该行料中国儒意2023至2026财年的收入及盈利年均复合增长率各为22%。
该行续指，相信中国儒意的游戏品牌“景秀”将会是公司的主要增长动力，景秀主要从事游戏开发，并经营多款获腾迅支持的热门游戏。至于中国儒意最近从字节跳动收购的有爱互娱(C4-Games)进一步增强公司的游戏开发能力。
