中国生态旅游(01371.HK) 公布，因履行个人事务及其他业务安排，贾木云辞任执行董事、董事局主席及提名委员会主席职务，自今日(22日)起生效。另外，同日起，陈建华因需投入更多时间履行其他事务辞任集团总裁。
