11月21日，“富途年底裁员赔偿N+1”登顶职场社区脉脉的热榜第一。

据悉，有网友在小红书爆料称，富途（FUTU）年底将大幅裁员40%至60%，富途回应媒体时表示，网上出现关于富途大幅裁员的社交贴文涉及不属实内容，希望大家“不信谣，不传谣”。

富途表示，近期为进一步拓展海外业务，进行了组织架构调整以提升营运效率，过程中既有新增职位，也有部分存量职位优化，涉及人员流动在公司总人数占比为5%左右，属于公司正常的经营迭代。

公司又指，未来将继续聚焦核心业务，持续创新，增强市场竞争力，以确保公司在变化的环境中保持长期稳健发展。

2024年11月19日，富途控股公布2024年第三季度未经审计财报。2024年第三季度，富途总营收为4.42亿美元，同比增长29.6%；非美国通用会计准则下(Non-GAAP)实现净利润1.8亿美元，同比增长20.8%。

公司年报显示，富途近几年员工人数持续增长，截至2020年、2021年、2022年、2023年底，富途的员工总数分别为1315、2318、2784、3213人。
