新浪科技讯 11月22日上午消息，海信家电今日公告，公司董事长代慧忠因达退职年龄而不再担任海信家电董事长、ESG委员会主席、战略委员会主席及委员的职务，海信家电董事会已全票通过选举原海信家电财务负责人、总会计师高玉玲担任公司新的董事长。

　　据海信家电公告，代慧忠不再担任海信家电董事长后，仍担任海信家电的董事、提名委员会委员、ESG委员会委员的职务。此外，孙长春将接替高玉玲担任海信家电的财务负责人。

　　经海信家电提名委员会提名，海信家电董事会同意选举高玉玲女士为本公司董事长，任期至本公司第十二届董事会届满。（文猛）
