智通财经APP讯，青岛控股(00499)发布公告，于2024年11月21日，公司接获一份通知单。根据通知单，买方蚌埠市淮盈投资管理有限公司已成功中标，以透过于青岛产权交易所公开挂牌，向核建青控(公司拥有51%权益的附属公司)收购淮翼建设的95%股权，代价为人民币4365.46万元。预期核建青控将自2024年11月21日起五个工作天内与买方订立最终协议。一份载有最终协议重大条款的公布将于签订最终协议后作出。
待交割后，淮翼建设将不再为公司的附属公司。
淮翼建设为一家于中国成立的公司，核建青控及蚌埠市滨河建设投资有限公司分别拥有其95%股权及5%股权。淮翼建设主要从事建筑工程、房地产开发、住宅室内设计及装修、建筑劳务分包及物业管理。
公告称，出售事项拟实现资源优化及精简集团架构。此将可令集团于重新配置其他现有业务资源中受惠。董事会认为，出售事项将为集团提供坚实基础，以实现整体稳定营运及促进集团的可持续发展。预期出售事项将为集团产生盈利并计入集团经营资本，进一步改善集团财务状况。
