智通财经APP讯，新特能源(01799)公布，于2024年11月21日，公司附属公司新疆新能源及西安电气分别与保理公司订立新疆新能源应收账款转让合同及西安电气应收账款转让合同，开展应收账款保理业务。据此，新疆新能源及西安电气同意转让而保理公司同意受让应收账款，应收账款账面值共计约人民币4.296亿元，扣除保理费用后的代价合计将不低于约人民币4.07亿元。
转让应收账款后，基于应收账款账面值与总代价之间的差额，该集团预计将会取得税前亏损不超过约人民币2260万元，而集团可自转让应收账款增加现金流不少于约人民币4.07亿元，转让所得款项将用于补充集团的营运资金。
