满贯集团向CWA集团提供3.86亿港元财务资助
财中社11月22日电满贯集团（03390）发布公告，内容涉及提供财务资助的安排。根据公告，满贯集团于2024年9月30日向CWA集团提供的财务资助金额约为3.86亿元港元，主要用于支持CWA集团的相关银行融资。由于中国线上客户的消费动力下降，CWA集团的业务发展未如预期，相关银行尚未准备解除满贯集团提供的担保及抵押。
公告中提到，满贯集团于2023年9月30日完成了对CWA 51%股权的出售，当前持有CWA 49%的股权。CWA集团的相关银行融资总额约为3.86亿元港元，其中2.17亿元港元仅可由CWA集团获得，1.69亿元港元则由CWA集团及满贯集团共享。相关银行融资的还款期一般介乎90至120天，涉及的贷款人包括恒生银行、星展银行等多家香港持牌银行。
