智通财经APP讯，中航科工(02357)公布，为了提高高端制造和民用航空新产业的生产能力，于2024年11月22日，长风航电与雷达公司签订资产转让协议，据此，长风航电将购买雷达公司持有的目标资产，对价为人民币 6372.95 万元。
目标资产为房屋建筑物、构筑物及设备资产，包括房屋建筑物，总建筑面积共计16,641.64 平方米，用途为工业，构筑物，包括室外道路、室外空调冷热水系统及室政窑井盖及雨水篦子，以及设备，主要包括中温冷却塔、智能性高压开关柜、卧式暗装风机盘管等。于评估基准日，目标资产的账面价值约为人民币 3904.73 万元。目标资产的原始成本合计约为人民币 7985.27 万元。目标资产没有可识别收入。
