成都高速签订商品购销框架协议 预计未来交易额显著增长
财中社11月22日电成都高速（01785）发布与成都交投签订商品购销框架协议的公告。根据协议，自2024年11月22日起至2026年12月31日，双方同意互相销售相关商品，具体包括设备、备件、工程原材料、食品及日用品等。协议的条款确保在第三方提供更优交易条件时，优先考虑第三方产品，以维护交易的公平性。
在历史交易方面，自2024年10月起，公司的采购历史交易额约为110万元，销售历史交易额分别为30万元、160万元及140万元，均低于0.1%的适用百分比率，符合上市规则的豁免条件。公司建议的年度上限为：截至2024年12月31日的采购交易额为400万元，销售交易额为370万元，预计2025年和2026年的交易额将显著增加，采购和销售额分别达1880万元、2900万元和870万元、880万元。
通过此框架协议，公司希望加强与成都交投的合作关系，确保运营的持续性，并优化供应链管理，以实现业务的长期增长。公司也设有内部控制措施，以确保交易的公正性和合理性，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
