Heritage Distilling (CASK) said Friday it priced its initial public offering of nearly 1.7 million shares at an initial public offering price of $4 per share, for gross proceeds of about $6.75 million.
Underwriters were given a 30-day over-allotment option to buy up to an additional 253,125 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, the company said.
Heritage said that all shares are being offered by the company.
The shares were slated to start trading Friday under the symbol 'CASK.'
The offering is expected to close Nov. 25.
